About Yielded Student Ministry

We are excited you are interested in knowing more about Yielded Student Ministries. Yielded Student Ministries is the Junior High and Senior High ministry of Bible Baptist Church.

We strive to develop each student into a disciple of Jesus Christ. We meet together on Sundays at 9:45 a.m. for Sunday School and Wednesday Nights at 7:00 p.m. We run a van to pick up any student who needs a ride starting at 6:00 p.m. We welcome all youth from 7th - 12th grade. We have tons of activities planed for the rest of the year! If you have any questions about the youth group or activity or you or your student needs a ride, feel free to call or email me.

Staff and Counselors

Youth Pastor- Brandon Shatto

Brandon was born and raised in a Christian home in Oklahoma. He graduated high school in 2003 and immediately attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO to obtain his Bachelor Degree in Pastoral Studies. He’s been in St. Charles since May of 2007. He has a passion to show students a life of John 10:10, not just a boring life but life to the fullest! He enjoys playing video games, playing with his dog Toby, hanging out with students, watching movies, and amusement parks.

Counselor and Youth Pastor wife- Melissa Shatto

Melissa was raised in a Godly Christian home that was in church every time the doors were open. Ever since she can remember she desired to be in the ministry serving Christ on a full time basis. She graduated from a small high school in Missouri in 2002 and soon attended Baptist Bible College. She graduated with her Associates in Early Childhood Education, but more importantly found the man that God had set aside for her to marry. When she’s not helping Brandon with youth ministry she enjoys shopping, visiting her family, watching movies, meeting new people, planning events, creating flower vases that she some day desires to sell, and walking their dog Toby.
